Privacy
Last updated: 21 September 2026.
This site is operated by Unstoppable Trio. We keep this policy short and specific: it describes what the site actually does, not what a generic template says it might do.
The contact form is the only place this site asks you for information. When you submit it, we receive your name, email address, company (if you provide one), project type, budget range (if you provide one), and your message. We also record which language version of the site you submitted from. We use all of this for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it.
Browsing the rest of the site does not require you to give us anything, and we do not ask you to create an account.
When you submit the contact form, we briefly store your IP address so we can limit each sender to five submissions per hour. This is purely an anti-spam measure. The record expires automatically one hour after your submission and is not used for anything else, not linked to your message, and not used to profile you.
This site sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers, and does not track you across other sites. There is no analytics script running on these pages. As with any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve and protect the site.
Two services are involved in running this site, and neither is used for advertising or profiling:
Alongside this site we build and host psites — client websites running on our own stack (the Unstoppable Trio Engine, UTWF, and psite-js). This policy covers unstoppabletrio.com only. A psite belongs to its owner: what it collects from its own visitors, and what it says about that, is set out in that site's own privacy policy, not here.
When we host or maintain a psite, we handle data on the owner's behalf — their configuration, their content, and any enquiries their site generates — so that we can run the site. We do not use that data for our own purposes, sell it, or use it for advertising.
plife is our protocol for decentralized social: a site publishes its own updates, and other people's sites subscribe to them the way a podcast app subscribes to RSS. Anything published through plife is public by design — there is no private-audience layer, and once another server has fetched an update, that copy is outside our reach. Following a plife feed is an ordinary web request, so the server being followed can see it, exactly as any website sees its visitors.
UTE Gallery is our app for site owners, and it works with Google Drive. It lets you upload pictures into your own Google Drive so that your website or psite can serve them: your Drive folder is the gallery, and updating the folder updates the site. It is optional — you only connect a Google account if you want your site fed this way. When you do:
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time — ask us, or do it yourself in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access stops the app immediately; your gallery will stop loading until you reconnect it or we move the images elsewhere.
Anti-spam IP records expire after one hour. Your enquiry itself arrives as an email and stays in our mailbox as part of our normal correspondence, so we keep it for as long as we have a working relationship or a reason to refer back to it. If you would rather we delete it sooner, ask and we will.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone beyond the services listed above.
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
